The Grow Academy has been instituted to provide the highest level of agronomic education for Grow employees. At Grow, we believe the key to growing higher yields for our growers comes from ensuring our people have the highest level of knowledge through agronomic education.

The Grow Academy was conceived amongst the leading agronomists in the Grow community, creating standards of excellence in agronomic knowledge that will maintain the awareness level for all Grow employees.

Our vision for the Grow Academy is to be recognized as the most progressive, dynamic, and valuable adult education resource to Grow staff for the purpose of helping growers maximize crop potential and profitability.

Our goal is to learn and apply what we learn with competence and confidence.

Among our students we will create a network with the ability to gather, build and share information. We will strive toward excellence at whatever level we start and push ourselves to new heights by stretching conventional wisdom and supporting each other as we break new ground. We will challenge each other to improve, always positively and with best intentions for agriculture.

We will trust each other. Trust that our actions are in the best interests of our clients, our dealer and industry partners and other community teammates. Trust that, while sometimes tempted we will not take shortcuts that aren’t appropriate and trust that each student will look beyond their personal benefit to the greater vision of “what’s possible.”

We will be responsible, safe stewards of the land, the environment, and our people as we continually integrate science and application, helping Western Canada producers grow millions more bushels every year.
